Individual
Therapy
Life doesn’t always move in a straight line. Grief, caregiving, illness, divorce, career changes, or major transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. In individual therapy, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s happening.
My approach is trauma-informed and psychodynamic, grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore your emotional patterns, uncover the roots of distress, and build tools to help you feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to what matters most in your life. I work with adults navigating grief, life transitions, caregiving stress, chronic illness, burnout, and identity shifts.
All sessions are conducted virtually, allowing for flexibility, accessibility, and privacy. I also offer early morning appointments, with availability starting as early as 5am to help you fit therapy into your life, not the other way around.
Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about making space for all parts of your story and moving toward a future that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned. If you’re ready to begin a new chapter, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
