           Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I'm a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through grief, trauma, relationship stress, and major transitions - including the challenges of adjusting to life in a new culture and the deeply personal question of whether to become a parent. My work is rooted in trauma-informed and psychodynamic approaches, with an emphasis on helping clients feel understood, supported, and more connected to themselves. I'd be honored to walk alongside you in this season of change.
