           Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I'm a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through grief, trauma, relationship stress, and major transitions. My work is rooted in trauma-informed and psychodynamic approaches, with an emphasis on helping clients feel understood, supported, and more connected to themselves. I created Between Chapters as a space for reflection, healing, growth, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you in this season of change.
